Booking Notes
- A deposit of $500 per person is due with the completed cruise application. If paid by credit card, the balance will be charged to same card on 6/13/24 unless otherwise directed.
- Cruise applications received after 6/13/24 will be charged full amount of cruise.
- PP = per person
- Double = double occupancy cabin
- Single = single occupancy cabin
- Shore excursions, alcoholic beverages, alternative dining options and personal items are additional.
- Call for rates for third and fourth passengers in same cabin with 2 full fare guests
- If you are a single looking to share a cabin please indicate so on the application and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Please note: If we are unable to arrange a roommate or if a roommate cancels, single rates will apply.
Package Cancellation Policy
- Penalty Schedule is as follows:
- Prior to July 25th, 2024: $100 per person
- July 25th - September 13th, 2024: $500 per person
- After September 13th, 2024: 100% of Cruise Package
- Travel Protection is recommended and will be offered as a component of your travel package.
- Cancellations must be received in writing by the date indicated. Fax or eMail is sufficient notification, guests must confirm receipt by The Cruise & Vacation Authority
Important Notes For Waitlist Bookings
- If you are only interested in the category waitlisted and it does not clear, you will not be booked on this cruise.
- You will be contacted for approval prior to our booking the cruise and charging payment if a waitlist does clear.
- If you make a first choice which is waitlisted and a second choice which is not waitlisted, you will be booked on this cruise and payment will be charged immediately. Full cancellation penalties will apply. If, prior to sailing, the waitlist for your first choice does clear you will be moved into that category and either a refund will be processed, or the additional funds will be charged.
